hmmm , but today nothing to post eh , cos today very sian .
morning went to ahma's house , stay there till 3 plus ,
den after that , went to my badminton training ,
my father say my stroke improve alot eh , hehe .
so happy lah ! :D
but my netting and stamina need to improve .
